How long does it take to receive my commission, and what is the minimum withdrawal amount?
Approved transactions are first locked 1 month after the end of the month in which they are tracked. Once locked, commissions are paid 20 days after the end of that month.
The minimum withdrawal threshold is set individually by each affiliate in their account dashboard. Please check your backend settings to confirm the amount you have configured.
Why was my commission withdrawn after the order was successfully completed?
Commission withdrawal can occur for two main reasons:
1. Attribution rules (Last Click Model)
The affiliate program uses a Last Click Attribution model.
- This means that even if you referred the customer, the order may be attributed to another affiliate or marketing channel if their link was the last one clicked before purchase.
- In such cases, the commission is reassigned, and your pending commission may be withdrawn.
2. Refunds or Returns
- If the customer cancels the order, requests a refund, or returns the product, the transaction is no longer valid.
- As a result, the commission tied to that order will also be withdrawn.
Is there a cost to become an affiliate member?

What is the cookie duration for tracking sales?
30 days.
For accurate tracking, the following conditions must be met:
- The referral's browser must have cookies enabled before clicking the affiliate link.
- The referral should not clear cookies before making a purchase.
- The same browser must be used for both signing up and making the purchase.

You can earn by sharing your affiliate links across your social media platforms, websites, or any other channels.
How much can I earn?
You can earn up to 10% commission when your followers make qualifying purchases through your affiliate links. The exact amount will be shown in your reports.
